The hotel rooms were ready within 30 minutes, with wonderful touches like red lighting, an outdoor shower, and vaulted ceilings. I especially enjoyed the private plunge pool, although it could have been a bit cleaner and more modern. The service was fantastic and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location is worth every baht, clean, well-maintained, and impressive, although the loud music could be a downside. The dining experience was somewhat limited in its focus on Western Christmas dining, but the quality was top-notch. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
